Our in-house R & D team is perpetually on the task of monitoring quality of products and processes. Right from the stage of Raw Material supply to all the regular process being undertaken to arrive at the final finished products, the team monitors all aspects of quality at every stage. Primary task of the R&D team is that of developing new products in keeping with the latest trends in the market. The R & D team also focus on developing new processes and methods to achieve better quality in every item that we produce. Our machine is to constantly upgrade the technology in the hair industry so as to satisfy the ever changing needs of the customers around the world.

Our R&D lab is equipped with the following equipments.
Olympus Microscope
This instrument has a high magnification capacity which helps in detecting heavy chemical quoting on the hair strands and fractures and breaks of the hair caused by chemicals by subjecting the product to such microscopic exemption. We are able to detect even minute variances in quality standards.

Moisture Content Analyzer
This instrument detects the extent of moisture in hair care to the maximum effectiveness of the chemical process undergone and analysis the moisture content of the sample hair or the hair care products.

Tensiometer
A Tensiometer measures surface tension, surface energy and contact angle for hair care products.Determines the level of equality between the hair fiber and the hair care product.

Tensile Strain Tester
Tensile strain tester measures the strength and elasticity of single hair fiber.

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
We have implemented the most innovative ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and taking into consideration the space constraints as well as achieving Zero Discharge of any effluent for the very first time in the world. The first company in Hair Industry to have Zero effluent discharge facility. The main objective is to make it efficient and eco friendly, maximize the utilization and save our environment.

Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
We have also incorporated Sewage Treatment Plant which recycles the water for Gardening purposes
